Brief Description: The Data Quality Sr. Analyst will be responsible for data migration, cleansing, execution, and review of enterprise data, including ERP archiving and master management. This role will ensure data integrity, compliance, and efficiency across cross-functional groups such as Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Legal, etc. The role also includes master data setup and management, leveraging SAP S/4, SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and other enterprise data tool such as Coupa Supplier Information Management (SIM) and Salesforce. Detailed Description: Data Governance & Analytics:
- Gather data from various sources (e.g., internal databases, market research, external reports).
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Use statistical tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) to analyze data.
- Create and present reports, charts, and graphs to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed presentations with actionable insights for leadership teams.
- Provide support for business projects and assist with data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Implement and enforce data validation procedures to ensure reliable insights.
Master Data & Supply Chain Management:
- Initiate creation of business partners (vendors, customers) while ensuring compliance.
- Work closely with Finance, Accounts Payables, Supply Chain, Legal, etc. to execute data setup and data governance initiatives.
- Manage vendor contracts using standardized templates and ensure adherence to company terms.
- Support credit request completion and manage ERP archiving and data retention strategies.
- Perform audits and review of master data objects to ensure correctness and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Data Governance Teams and Reporting & Analytics teams on various projects.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Finance, Accounting, Business, MIS, or related field or relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in data governance, Data Administration, SAP administration, and corporate financial systems (preferred).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications related to Data Governance or Data Management
- 2-3 years of business experience in supply chain or master data management.
- Experience with SAP S/4 master data.
- Experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance)
- Experience with Coupa SIM (Supplier Information Management)
Additional Details: Work is primarily in a climate controlled / office environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk with occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending and frequent near vision use for reading and use of computer, telephone, and other office equipment. Position is based in Houston, TX with flexibility for full-time in office or hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote).
