Mass General Brigham is offering an exciting opportunity for a board-certified/board-eligible OB/GYN physician to join our Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) Clinical Fellowship program. This two-year AAGL-affiliated fellowship, located at Newton-Wellesley Hospital, is designed to provide advanced training in laparoscopic, hysteroscopic, and robotic-assisted gynecologic surgery, as well as exposure to clinical research and academic medicine. About the Program:
- Title: Clinical Fellow - MIGS
- Duration: 1-year appointment (7/7/25 - 8/1/26), with potential for 2nd-year renewal
- Department: Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Location: Newton-Wellesley Hospital, a Mass General Brigham
- Academic environment with structured supervision, mentorship, and professional development

- Faculty-led learning, participation in didactics, scholarly activities, and trainee teaching
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care under supervision, with emphasis on minimally invasive techniques
- Participate in surgical cases, inpatient care, and outpatient consults
- Engage in structured didactic sessions and academic activities
- Assist in teaching and supervising residents and medical students
- Participate in research, quality improvement, or scholarly work
- Complete procedure logs and timely documentation
- Contribute to institutional committees and GME initiatives, as appropriate
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree and completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Eligible for Massachusetts medical license
- Demonstrated interest in minimally invasive surgery and academic medicine
- Must fulfill credentialing and medical staff appointment requirements prior to start date
