We are currently seeking an Organizational Development and Talent Manager for our Talent CoE team at our corporate site in Ann Arbor.
What you will do:
The Organizational Development and Talent Manager is a functional manager responsible for improving an organization's overall effectiveness and performance while executing a strong talent management strategy for the region. This role will be responsible for: Analyzing the organization's culture, structure, and processes as well as developing and implementing initiatives to promote organizational development and effectiveness; Implementing leadership development programs for the region; Implementing Mentorship program for the region; Providing effective coaching to managers and leaders in the organization to enhance performance, develop leadership skills, and achieve professional goals; Facilitating change management initiatives and ensure adoption.
Organizational and Leadership Development (50% of time)
- Analyzing and assessing the organization's current state and identifying areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing plans to enhance organizational performance and achieve business goals.
- Identifying and addressing cultural and behavioral issues that impact organizational performance.
- Design and create leadership development programs in collaboration with global talent and skill development team and HRBP and Executive Leadership team.
- Assesses, recommends, creates, and implements leadership development processes, tools, resources, and solutions and/or organization development interventions based on strategic or tactical business plans.
- Deliver leadership development courses and workshops in alignment with organization's goal.
- Utilize expert facilitation skills in conducting leadership and professional development programs for mid to senior level leaders across the organization.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends in leadership development
- Developing and implementing metrics to analyze the impact of talent management initiatives.

Coaching and Mentorship Program (40% of time)
- Work one-on-one with managers and leaders to enhance their performance, develop their leadership skills, and achieve their professional goals.
- Identify their strengths and areas for improvement, create personalized development plans, and provide ongoing support and feedback.
- Use a variety of coaching techniques, including assessment tools, goal-setting strategies, and feedback mechanisms, to assist in making progress.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and build trust and rapport.
- Provide guidance and support to help managers and leaders navigate complex organizational dynamics and interpersonal relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest coaching methodologies and best practices.
- Facilitate group coaching sessions and workshops as needed.
- Collaborate with other coaches and team members to provide comprehensive support.
- Track and measure progress and adjust coaching plans as needed.
- Implement a mentor program for the region.
- Collaborate with HRBP, business leaders, global mentorship program partners to establish a cohort of mentors and mentees.
- Recruit and onboard mentor and mentee.
- Provide ongoing education workshops to mentors at least once per quarter throughout the year.
- Communicates regularly with mentors and mentees.
- Program evaluation over the course of the live program and at the end of the program.
- Provide updates on the program progress with the sponsor quarterly.

Change Management (10% of time)
- Developing and implementing change management plans and strategies to minimize disruption and ensure a smooth transition.
- Collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to communicate changes and build support.
- Conducting stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to identify potential resistance and develop targeted communication and training plans.
- Delivering training and support to employees to ensure they understand the changes and are equipped to adapt.
- Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjusting as needed.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with change initiatives.
- Ensuring changes align with organizational strategy and goals.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration across departments and stakeholders.
- Providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership on change management best practices.

What we need from you:
- Bachelor's in OD, I/O Psychology or Master's degree in HRM, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing OD initiatives
- Certification in organizational development or a related field Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP
- Certifications in Change Management like (CMP), (CCMP), or related
- Project management certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or related
- Certification in any well-known leadership development program (Covey, CCL, Eagles Flight) or related
- Certification in Coaching from ICF at ACC, PCC, or MCC preferred.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of diverse coaching methodologies
- Familiarity with industry-specific challenges
- Ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Empathy and emotional intelligence
- Strong ethical standards and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Ability to deliver in a global and matrix organization.
- Research external best practices through networking, reading, learning and knowledge sharing.
- Experience leading and implementing mentorship programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management and Performance and Development
system - Experience with talent management technology and tools
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of time
