Job Title Designer, Ad ProductJob Description I. Job Summary | Major goals and objectives. Hybrid 3x a week- (Seattle, WA) In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week. We are looking for a passionate individual who is eager to learn and can keep up in a fast-paced environment. The bulk of the work is designing ads in Photoshop/Figma and building the final ads using DDM's proprietary ad building platform. This candidate should possess the ability to learn quickly; adopting DDM's internal platform while also providing feedback and suggestions to developers and senior UX/UI designers to further enhance its functions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter; someone who can organize their workflow with minimal supervision. The position entails having to communicate with client solutions managers and other internal stakeholders to manage timelines to produce and inform campaign creatives. To be successful in this role, we'd expect you to:

Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
