Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Aerospace Business Development Representative to join our Manchester team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities within the aerospace sector by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and promoting our innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in aerospace technology and a passion for driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Conduct market research to identify and target potential clients in the aerospace industry.
  • Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Qualify leads by understanding clients' needs and aligning them with our products and services.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in aerospace.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our brand and build relationships within the aerospace community.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team to help shape campaigns and outreach strategies.
  • Willingness to travel domestically with occasional international travel



Qualifications:



  • US Citizen
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the aerospace industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A passion for aerospace technology and an understanding of industry dynamics.
