Continental Properties is looking for a Warranty Assurance Supervisor to join our team of dynamic professionals.

As the Warranty Assurance Supervisor, you will oversee adherence to the Continental Warranty Policy, using data and insights to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality service. You will collaborate with property management teams, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal construction teams to resolve warranty issues efficiently. You will report to the Director of Service and Quality.

We are looking for candidates already located or willing to relocate to Illinois, Georgia, Michigan, or Wisconsin.

Essential Responsibilities:



  • Warranty Management: Manage warranty claims through Procore and other tools by coordinating inspections with onsite teams and partners, verifying claim validity, identifying trends, and ensuring resolution aligns with company policies and contracts.

  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Act as primary liaison between Operations, Design, Construction, and Customer Experience teams to support quality control, share insights, and ensure alignment with company standards and best practices.

  • Customer Experience & Satisfaction: Support post-service follow-up with site teams to ensure issue resolution and resident satisfaction, while recommending strategies for continuous product and experience improvement.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed warranty records and generate monthly reports to highlight trends and recommend quality improvements, while coordinating damage responses with internal stakeholders.



Skills for Success:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management or a related field. Associate degree with extensive experience in quality assurance may be considered.

  • Experience: Three (3) years of apartment multifamily maintenance/service and/or construction experience required, at least two (2) years in a supervisory capacity.

  • Technical Skills: Experience with construction management (i.e. Procore) or property management software (i.e. RealPage) and strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
