As the Food and Beverage Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and replenishing breakroom supplies across all Austin, TX sites. Responsibilities will include shopping for food and other supplies, driving a company van, stocking shelves, and overseeing inventory. Additionally, you provide ad hoc support to the Facilities team including assisting in event setup, package delivery, and other miscellaneous tasks in as needed. Expect daily tasks to involve lifting, bending, and twisting while stocking products.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain/stock of all food, beverages, and supplies in breakrooms, and off-site storage
  • Clean coffee machines daily and restock supplies as needed
  • Compile inventory information for food and beverage items such as consumption rate, stock on hand, and expiration date tracking to determine the need for replenishment
  • Assist with inventory count processes to ensure accurate reporting of stock levels
  • Monitor inventory levels to provide notification to F&B management for re-orders
  • Assist in administrative functions including entering purchase orders and tracking merchandise and costs
  • Ad hoc responsibilities may include event setup, package delivery, and building and garage inspections
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Able to bend, stretch, and twist
  • Able to stand for long periods
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with inventory counts
  • Strong basic mathematics skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and with a team
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Customer service background or previous service industry experience preferred
