Accountable to safely lead the feasibility, planning, development, execution and close out phases for assigned projects. Work in close collaboration with Project Development to develop, manage and execute all project plans, assembling the project team, defining all project roles and responsibilities, developing and managing budgets and schedules. Lead a multidisciplinary team of internal and external resources to successfully deliver projects within a program portfolio, achieving predictable results while meeting operational, schedule and financial expectations.
Who You Are:
University Degree in an applicable field. 7+ years of related experience, preferably in the delivery of mainline pipeline projects and/or equivalent pipeline field operations experience. Professional Engineering designation and / or Project Management Institute (PMI) certification. Previous experience developing schedules, track actions, and drive projects to completion. Passion for upholding Enbridge's core values of Safety, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion and High Performance along with our ways of working. Able to travel domestically and internationally. Have a valid driver's license.
Preferred Skills:
Proven leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to influence and drive-forward results and decisions without formal authority in a matrix service model. Developed skills in the identification and mitigation of both technical and nontechnical risks typical of trenchless pipeline construction projects. High analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet task, deliverable, and deadline requirements while managing internal and external partner expectations.
Working Conditions:
Office environment with some field work required Scheduled travel to Enbridge offices, operating facilities, construction sites, and supplier facilities (10-25%). This role would involve some travel within the US or to Canada. Must have the ability to traverse terrain typical of industrial construction sites, often outdoors during all seasons and at times in inclement weather.

For US Only: Salary: Ranges from $95,000 - $150,000 based upon experience and other market conditions.
