*Job Description* * Phone calls to customers and doctors * 30-40 calls each day * Confirming prescriptions * Answering questions about prescriptions * Entering prescriptions into database * Will work on a scripted dialer *Pay:* $22-$24/hr depending on experience *Skills* Pharmacy, Cpht, Pharmacy technician certification, PTCB, Retail pharmacy, Call center, Pharmacy support, customer service call center, outbound phone calls, Health care, Customer service, Pharmacy technician license *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Must have state of TN Pharmacy Technician license (minimum) * 1-3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience. Can take someone with 6+ months but need to be well spoken * Ability to learn in a fast paced environment * Strong customer service experience handling phone calls * Comfortable with change *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
