Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday* as needed)

Hours: Start to finish job, so depends on the last job completed.

Sign-On Bonus: Based on certifications below (not available for rehires).

• Valid Technicians License in L&O and Weed - $200
• Certified Applicators License in L&O and Weed -$300

This individual should be willing to learn and apply specialized knowledge of Lawn Care treatments to best serve our customers. Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Must hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of this application.
• Minimum 1 year of Lawn Care Tech experience
• Demonstrates proficiency in fundamental mathematical concepts.
• Able to comprehend and follow written communication effectively.
• An individual that is serious, sincere and cooperative.
• Able to manage specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence.
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure and still maintain good composure.
• Experience working with routes, service stops, and meeting deadlines of your service route.
• Dependable and self-motivated with desire to work year-round.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work inside and/or outside for long periods of time, sometimes in extreme temperatures.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure the proper treatment and application of fertilizers and other chemicals to control the suspected or diagnosed disease to stimulate the growth of turf and/or to prevent and control the growth of weeds on the turf of the property.
• Gain understanding and knowledge of various regional types of turf and common diseases and infestations.
• Diagnose problems or diseases with the turf on residential and commercial properties and proposes treatment.
• Learn and use all equipment in an efficient and safe manner as directed by the Crew Leader.
• Become familiar with customers' expectations and service contracts.
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times with customers, fellow employees and supervisors.
