Credence has an immediate opening for an experienced Administrative Specialist who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC)/IN at Tinker AFB, OK.

AFLCMC/IN is headquartered at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH with units located at Tinker AFB, OK, Robins AFB, GA, Hanscom AFB, MA, Hill AFB, UT, Eglin AFB, FL. The AFLCMC/IN mission is to engage and support AFLCMC programs, projects, technology development and development planning efforts in addressing Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) supportability, and adversary/threat considerations in the form of Acquisition Intelligence (AI) support. The AFLCMC/IN mission also enables linkages to the Air Force and Joint/National Intelligence Communities (IC), provides predictive battle space awareness to local force protection activities, and provides local/regional Special Security Office (SSO) support and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication Services (JWICS) access. AFLCMC/IN is responsible for ensuring information superiority and agile combat support by providing a wide range of intelligence acquisition and sustainment services meeting warfighter requirements for information assurance (IA), communications security, foreign threat and intelligence/force protection products and cyber capabilities. AFLCMC/IN leads the integration of intelligence considerations-both ISR acquisition supportability issues and adversary/threat information-into the Center's programs and projects.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

    Prepare security paperwork, including but not limited to DD Form 2875 and Communications Security (COMSEC) inspection criteria;
  • Support security inspections; identify security discrepancies, assist in report preparation;
  • Perform courier responsibilities within the local area;
  • Control program media and information within Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) security guidelines, and;
  • Populate and update databases, including but not limited to suspense tracking, personnel access, facility, JWICS system, and SharePoint, in the performance of duties assigned.
  • While supporting the AFLCMC/IN Directorate, Administrative Specialist will handle JWICS communications to ensure that cognizant parties are informed and that appropriate responses are prepared, coordinated and communicated while maintaining the appropriate security disciplines.
  • Support in the proper handling to include preparation and tracking of physical classified products entering or leaving the facility,
  • Planning, formulation, editing, development, publication and storage of Special Access Program (SAP) and Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) products,
  • Support meetings and events attended or hosted by the Senior Intelligence Officer (SIO) on an as required basis,
  • Develop, maintain and modify schedules and calendars as required on multi-level security systems,
  • Use updated Security Classification Guide (SCG), or other source documents, to perform classification reviews on all JWICS IT documentation ensuring proper derivative classification on all documents encountered during performance of duties, and support of administrative tasks as necessary to support management acquisition and operations functions.
  • Skilled in both verbal and written communication to develop and present complex material accessed through various levels of security domains Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet), Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) and JWICS in a manner that produces effect based ISR support to the programs.
  • Support internal and external briefings and reports by applying knowledge, experience and capability in the use of personal computers and operating systems to produce products (slides, briefing charts, documents) using appropriate software applications.
  • Compile/ prepare briefings, reports in hard copy, assist during briefings upon request. Always demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills and must be able to interface with technical and non- technical people during duty performance.
  • Integrate information into required reports, generate/ maintain files and file plans; process mail (receive, sign for, and distribute both classified and unclassified); access, store, and handle classified material as required; monitor and answer telephones; complete office time sheets and maintain office attendance records; serve as alternate Functional Area Records Manager (FARM); arrange and track unit travel, leave and training courses on electronic calendars.
  • Duties aligned with security support will be outlined and assigned by the local Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Special Security Office (SSO) and may include limited "in-house" personnel security functions. The Senior Intelligence Officer (SIO) with security cognizance over the local SCI environment will appoint "in-house" contractors to SCI security responsibilities in writing.
  • Perform only Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Security Official's responsibilities in assigned work area/facilities, will not conduct SCI screening interviews.
  • Apply physical security measures to open/close/secure Government facility. Such as, receive, transmit and file visit request for assigned personnel and visitors. Assist with updating personnel security clearance and access databases. Issue and account for permanent personnel and visitor badges. Perform secure data transfers and data extraction using approved information systems security policies. Review and transmit media to/from internal and external networks. Maintain operating procedures and classification marking guidance. Produce necessary templates and required internal documents for the protection of classified material.
  • Prepare and present courier briefing and issue courier identification. Maintain control databases and access to web-based systems for personnel security verification. In-process, provide education (per operating procedures) and badge permanent employees and visitors. Escort un-cleared personnel and assist with internal conferences and meetings. Update forms, databases, records and internal website links (e.g. DISS, Air Force Access Database, and security information and management systems).
  • Create and post end-of-day security checklists for all secure facilities within the purview of the assigned SIO. Destroy unneeded classified material using approved procedures. Perform self-inspection checks, record findings and recommend corrective action. Prepare material for transmission to archive sites and maintain metrics of requests for security support through program security log files.
  • Perform security functions as necessary/assigned during force protection conditions including but not limited to electronic mail response and notification, giving notice to employees/visitors, and announcing threat level changes. Recommend functional changes or modification for improved processing operations and customer support. Follow and enforce unit approved operating procedures and prepare files for archives.
  • Assist with measures necessary for maintenance and testing of facility alarms and facility accreditation. Receive, transmit and file visit request for assigned personnel and visitors. Verify security clearance and program access to issue and account for visitor and permanent personnel badges. Retrieve, send, receive and distribute mail from designated sites. Review, receive and transmit media via internal external networks and facsimile. Sign in and maintain visitor access utilizing secure electronic capabilities.


Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance required
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of related experience required
  • Must have knowledge and experience working in Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facilities (SCIF)
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, three of which must be in the DoD
  • OR, seven years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Administrative Support labor category performance requirements, five of which must be in the DoD.
  • Knowledge, experience and demonstrated ability to perform tasks related to the technical/professional discipline they are performing.
  • Typically works independently and applies the proper procedures and processes related to their area of expertise.
  • Has the ability to problem solve and troubleshoot various situations to develop successful outcomes within established program / project guidelines.
  • Work is performed independently or under the oversight of more senior employees. (Program Office and Staff Level Support interface)
