Production Operator II

As a Production Operator, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, ensuring our processes run safely, smoothly, and with excellence. You'll work with cutting-edge systems and equipment to help deliver the high-quality ingredients that power the world's most beloved products.

Summary:

• Raw Material Handling: Prepare and process materials like liquid citric and phosphoric acids, IP dextrose, and IP sorbitol.
• Equipment Operations: Disassemble, clean, and reassemble production equipment including weigh feeders, hoppers, mills, tanks, evaporators, and sifters.
• Process Monitoring: Use a computerized distributed control system to monitor shop equipment and HVAC systems.
• Quality Control: Sample and document process streams to ensure product quality and compliance with GMP and food safety standards.
• Sanitation & Safety: Perform master sanitation tasks and chemical washes, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Mechanical Support: Conduct minor mechanical tasks to keep equipment in optimal condition.

What You'll Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without reasonable accommodation
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (days and nights)
• A working phone with voicemail for schedule updates
