EisnerAmper is seeking a Coordinator to join our Tax Resource Management team. This position will work closely with members of the tax practice, HR, Operations, and Talent Development to fulfill staffing needs in a matrix environment by scheduling tax colleagues to work assignments across multiple client engagements. This is a 3 day in office hybrid opportunity based in our either our New York City, Iselin, or Philadelphia office.

What Work You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Serves as the primary contact for Deployment Forecasting tool inquiries, training sessions, schedule updates, and other administrative tasks

  • Supports daily schedule updates and data input for tax professionals

  • Support Resource Managers in monitoring resources forecasted hours while managing assigned billable hours and balanced workloads

  • Outreach and follow up on key metrics such as utilization, target hours, missing time entries, and schedule updates

  • Assists with creating, analyzing, and distributing reporting packages to tax niche populations and Resource Managers

  • Maintain Resource Management dashboards and databases used for scheduling

  • Work directly with Resource Management colleagues and provide administrative support

  • Support onboarding process, including system training, profile creation and welcome communications

Basic Qualifications:
  • 0-1 years of experience working in a professional services/corporate setting

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Public accounting firm experience

  • Experience with ProStaff and/or Workday

  • Resource management or recruiting experience supporting a Tax consulting practice

  • Proficient in Excel with skills in data entry, formatting, combining multiple data sets, pivot tables and formulas

  • Strong competency in core professional skills especially attention to detail, responsiveness, follow through, flexibility, initiative and tact
