Description Bolton & Menk has a great opportunity for an entry level seasonal Construction Project Representative (CPR) to join our team to help support our Rice Street Project from May - September. As a member of our team, you will learn how to review construction activities for their compliance with the project plans and specifications, prepare daily observation reports, and assist in preparing the proper project documentation We are looking to add an individual who will help foster our mission that All People Should Live in Safe, Sustainable and Beautiful Communities and learn along the way! What You Will Be Doing: Serve as construction project representative for construction projects Maintain detailed records and documentation of construction activities Responsible for coordinating directly with clients, contractors, and engineers on day-to-day construction items Perform or coordinate construction material testing procedures and interprets results Perform or coordinate measurement of construction work products for determination of project quantities, associated payment, and production of drawings Coordinate construction site surveying scheduling and review of construction staking in the field in comparison to the project plans Provide technical advice regarding construction modifications and repairs to clients, contractors and project engineers Inspect project sites and evaluate contractor work for conformance with the project plans and specifications What We Are Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Interest in civil engineering and/or construction Ability to travel to various job sites and navigate rugged terrain Working understanding and experience working with Microsoft products preferred Salary Range: $18.00 - 24.00/hour depending on years of experience and credentials Bolton & Menk is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to specific geographic location.
