- Efficient Mail Processing: Accurately process mail payments and deposits, adhering to set daily timeframes for incoming and outgoing mail.
- Effective Communication: Monitor the Operations Support Request email, promptly forward requests to appropriate staff, and provide clear responses to helpline calls.
- Verification of Deposits: Complete verification of deposits received in Operations Support with precision and attention to detail.
- Exception Processing: Handle exceptions for mobile and PTM transactions efficiently, ensuring all discrepancies are resolved.
- Address Changes and Returned Mail: Process various address changes and returned mail promptly and accurately, ensuring changes are made in the core system and other relevant systems.

- Physical Demands of Position: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit, stand and walk, use hands and fingers. The employee occasionally must reach above and below shoulder level, and lift/push/pull and /or carry up to 10 pounds.
- Environmental/Working Conditions: Works in a typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting. Travel to branches requires exposure to outdoor and traffic conditions.
