Job Description Summary

In the role of Product Engineering Co-Op, student will learn product development and design changes to improve production processes or support customer and supplier requests.

Job Description

  • Participate in managing engineering design projects which includes assisting in the design, development, and validation process with plant product engineer.
  • Coordination of prototype builds and shipment to meet delivery schedules.
  • Create Test Orders for internal validation tests on drive train components
  • Work with multiple departments to collect data or inputs from production or specific processes for Engineering analysis and assessments.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree fulltime in mechanical engineering or other engineering degree program.
  • Academic standing of Freshman to Senior with at least 9 months until graduation.
  • Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher required.
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
  • Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
