JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Evaluate current QC workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Implement organizational systems to enhance departmental efficiency.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all QC operations.
* Assist in coordinating projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Collaborate with team members to resolve bottlenecks and improve productivity.
* Develop documentation and templates to standardize procedures.
* Provide support during audits or reviews as needed.
* Organize and file documentation to ensure easy accessibility and compliance.
* Scan and digitize portfolio projects for better documentation management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school diploma required.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software.
* Prior experience in Quality Control or a similar role is preferred but not required.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
