Provide office services by implementing administrative systems, and procedures. Monitors administrative projects for faculty and staff in the assigned academic area.

Major/Essential Functions


  • Good phone skills, prioritize job duties.
  • Confidentiality with paperwork or verbal information received in person or by mail.
  • Process and submit travel applications and reimbursements.
  • Access and process graduate student applications.
  • Coordinate and plan departmental events.
  • Manage and update departmental news release and social media.
  • Assist with departmental purchasing and acquisition.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field plus one (1) year related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years.
