Overview JOB TITLE: Network Engineer (Senior) GOVERNMENT AGENCY: Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Infrastructure Services & Back Office Support (ISBOS) LOCATION: Remote; Employee must reside within a 50-mile radius of Clarksburg, WV in order to be available to come on-site to FBI facilities in Clarksburg, WV for on-call support in the event of an outage or for scheduled maintenance. ITC is seeking an experienced and technically proficient Network Engineer to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division. In this critical role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure and efficient network infrastructure that enables the delivery of vital criminal justice information to law enforcement, national security, and intelligence community partners-while upholding the protection of civil liberties. As a Network Engineer, you will collaborate with administrators, engineers, and project managers to address complex networking needs, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and ensure the secure, reliable operation of interconnected systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of network protocols and security, be well-versed in technologies such as Cisco and Junos, and demonstrate experience operating within high-security, mission-critical environments. This position demands strong leadership, documentation, and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, Agile setting. Responsibilities
