Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our hotel team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase occupancy, and enhance guest engagement. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the hotel's services, amenities, and events.
  • Oversee all digital marketing initiatives including SEO, email marketing, PPC, and social media.
  • Manage the hotel's website and ensure content is current, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to create promotional materials and sales tools.
  • Organize and promote events, packages, and seasonal promotions to boost revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and guest feedback to refine marketing strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, and media partners.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate public relations activities and influencer collaborations.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Hospitality Management or equivalent experience preferred,
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, organized, and detail oriented.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM and hotel property management systems is an advantage.
