Contract Specialist

5-D Systems, a KRATOS Company, is a growing defense contractor headquartered in Round Rock, TX with over twenty years experience providing systems and software engineering for Unmanned Aircraft Systems and Systems Engineering Technical Support to Government Program Offices.

5-D Systems, a KRATOS Company, is seeking a highly motivated candidate in support of our customer located at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama, to work as a contract support analyst to a US Army Government Project Office.

Duties of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the development and coordination of Contracts Requirements Packages (CRP)
• Assisting senior management with contracting strategy development
• Working with the customer through numerous contracting activities in parallel in a dynamic environment

• US Citizenship
• US Secret Security Clearance
• Resident of the Huntsville, Alabama area
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or finance
• Experience: 4 to 10 years of applicable contracting-type experiences through DoD programs
• Independent thinker, self-starter, with organizational skills and ability to multi-task and support varied assignments
• Good communication skills with a positive and friendly demeanor
