Maintenance Tech I

Location: Jackson-Peoples Senior Living Center -located at 3901 Lesley Avenue Indianapolis, IN 46226

What You'll Do:

* Perform general maintenance tasks: carpentry, painting, light repairs

* Get vacant units move-in ready (cleaning, patching, and painting)

* Handle preventative maintenance and routine inspections

* Maintain common areas, landscaping, and grounds year-round

* Respond to work orders and emergency calls as scheduled

* Support vendors and service teams during on-site work

* Maintain maintenance records and safety compliance

What We're Looking For:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 1-2 years of maintenance or janitorial experience

* Good mechanical skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Basic computer/tablet skills

* Valid driver's license
