Job Scope At Diasorin, we are committed to cultivating a workplace that supports our employees through every stage of life and work. The Leave of Absence & Workers' Compensation Specialist plays a key role in administering and overseeing all aspects of employee leave programs and Workers' Compensation cases across the U.S. This includes handling FMLA, ADA, state-specific leaves, short-term and long-term disability, personal leaves, and Workers' Compensation claims, while serving as a key liaison between employees, managers, third-party administrators, and internal stakeholders. *Position is eligible to be hybrid* This individual will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies, maintain accurate documentation, and provide a compassionate and seamless experience for our employees.
