This position is in the Employment Law Group which provides employment law counseling and advice to HR and other business stakeholders. The Employment Law Group handles pre-litigation matters at the administrative level, in both state and federal agencies. Specific preferred experience includes exposure to several state's employment laws, all theories of discrimination, harassment and retaliation, experience before the EEOC and comparative state administrative agencies, employee investigations, and support on day-to-day employment related issues. Preferred Qualifications: Prior in-house legal experience, Prior HR experience, Workplace Investigation experience, Working knowledge of Legal process and systems, with a focus on employment law related processes including before administrative agencies, Experience with other legal software, including but not limited to matter management, document management, and litigation hold and document preservation software, Ability to work in a high-volume environment, independently and as part of a team Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $29.24/hour - $56.05/hour, Colorado Pay Range: $29.24/hour - $53.71/hour, New York Pay Range: $30.86/hour - $56.05/hour, New York City Pay Range: $37.36/hour - $56.05/hour. Additional Details: The desired location for this position would be Pittsburgh. This position may be eligible for relocation. Position not eligible for sponsorship.
