Job Title: Assembler Duration: 6 months + Temp to Hire Location: 12350 N. Vistoso Park Road Oro Valley AZ 85755 Shift Timing: 1st Payrate: $18/hr. on w2 without benefits Note: Must have a copy of HSD or Transcript Must be familiar working with Hand tools, electrical/electronics Assembly Must be able to work all shifts and available for overtime and weekends as needed Available for Onsite interview ASAP Position Summary: The Assembler 2 position performs disassembly, assembly, re-work, and minimum testing of various electrical/electronic equipment. Role & Responsibilities: Use electric soldering equipment to the IPC-A-610B, Class 3 standard Cut, prepare and pre-tin wires, prepare batteries, Apply conformal coat, marking and adhesive bonding Complete work according to instructions, specifications and procedures, under direct and/or limited supervision Perform a variety of complex mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations in accordance with company instructions and procedures Maintain a clean and orderly workstation adhering to 6S standards Required Education: Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years prior work experience in an electronics/manufacturing environment or completed OJT training for at least 5 products Required Skills: Use hand tools, power tools and electric soldering gun. Lift and Carry up to 30lbs. Experience with MS Office Suite. Candidate Requirement: Candidate must pass a hands-on assessment to be moved to the in-person interview stage of the recruitment process. Candidates unable to pass the assessment will not move forward in the process.
