Responsible for information and technology support for Fleet Operations & Safety. Also, responsible for system administration, hardware support, and implementation, troubleshooting, and enhancements of solutions for complex business needs. Provides analytical support to fleet leadership team and other internal stakeholders as assigned. Tasks and Responsibilities
Minimum Skills Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel
Demonstrated experience in reporting and dashboarding
Demonstrated experience in querying data, analysis, and data visualization for operations
Proficient in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
Experience in BI and data visualization tools (Business Objects, Tableau)
Experience creating new data collection processes and process improvement Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Required Certifications Working Environment

Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business-related events in and outside of service area. After hours work may be required. Physical Demands
