Level 2
- Estimated annual base pay: $91,440(minimum) - $114,300(midpoint) - $137,160(maximum)

This person will be responsible for driving process improvement within supply chain operations. The CI Specialist will be located onsite at our Lincoln Campus in Fort Collins, co. - Demonstrates a mindset and commitment to continuous improvement across the organization (i.e. defines improvement goals, establishes accountability through SQDIP metrics, uses Lean tools and techniques to continually improve processes and business results, and establishes a mindset within supply chain to document and control processes; promotes safety and housekeeping; uses facilitative leadership).
- Accountable for the technical aspects of problem solving, daily management systems implementation, transactional system efficiency.
- Leading, managing, supporting and coaching members to ensure continual development of competencies.
- Plan and manage resources to profit plan and capital plan.
- Collaborate with other CI organizations across Woodward to ensure alignment of the CI methodologies and overarching best practices that is impactful and current with "Best in Class" industry practices.
- Acts as a liaison across the business segment with other functional areas (e.g. Production Engineering, Development Engineering, and Manufacturing)
- Work with members of the organization to identify and implement process improvements using Lean and Kaizen methodologies.
- Facilitate workshops, projects and project reviews for Woodward members.
- Facilitate process improvement training for Woodward members.
- Track and report project results to leadership team as appropriate.
- Interface cross-functionally with internal members and/or external clients.
What We Are Looking For Level 1
- US - Associate's Degree required
- 2 plus years Exposure to manufacturing and/or supply chain business processes (transactional or operational) required
- Previous process improvement experience (Lean, Kaizen) with demonstrated track record of results. required
Level 2
- US - Bachelor's Degree required
- 3 plus years Exposure to manufacturing and/or supply chain business processes (transactional or operational) required
- 3 plus years process improvement experience (Lean, Kaizen) with demonstrated track record of results required
