What You Will Do as a Customer Support Representative:

As a Customer Support Representative you are responsible for all customer support activities and inquiries within the business. This involves strong interdepartmental interactions in order to provide complete and accurate information and support to customers, sales team, and management on routine and non-complex inquiries.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Process orders and provide prompt and efficient response and resolution to all customer requests.
  • Responsible for basic and routine telephone calls and emails from customers. Receive inbound calls (e.g., customer service and support), or make outbound calls (e.g., direct/telemarketing), or both.
  • Performs various business support activities including identifying, enhancing, and following specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiency of the business.
  • Review and process customer requests for return authorization and credits.

Skills for Success:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Minimum of one year of related experience strongly preferred
  • Able to attend the majority of training, without having to take multiple days off, or leaving for an extended period of time
  • Must pass a Business Communications, Microsoft Excel, and Contact Center Scenario assessment- to be taken online.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and listening skills
  • Strong communication skills
