Customer Care Center Internal Support Lead

We are looking for an upbeat and customer centric Customer Care Center Internal Support Lead who will join our team to help provide exceptional experience to our customers. In this role, you will be the internal support contact assisting with problem solving and troubleshooting for the internal retail team members. As the Customer Care Internal Support Lead, you will also provide a full range of professional and technical support to bank personnel and maintain customer files while consistently monitoring quality, efficiency, and compliance of the function.

Five years of Relationship Banker experience preferred. The candidate will have good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a high degree of tact, diplomacy, confidentiality, and professionalism when dealing with all types of customers. The Customer Care Internal Support Lead will be an excellent problem solver and has a working knowledge of computers along with strong typing skills. They would have already taken or comfortable with taking supervisor trainings such MLDP and/or EBML. Adheres to and upholds all written policies and procedures of the Bank, including BSA/CIP and OFAC monitoring and reporting, security, operation, and personnel policies. Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality is a must!

This position can be performed onsite at our Operations Center in White River Junction, VT, our offices in Burlington, VT or Claremont, NH.

Starting pay for this position is $23.21 - $27.74 depending on experience.
