The Opportunity

Interested in helping Adobe scale to meet the needs of thousands of our most valuable customers? We are looking for a senior product manager who enjoys solving problems, collaborates easily, and embodies all of Adobe's core values (Genuine, Exceptional, Innovative, Involved).

As a member of the Buying Programs organization, you will work in close partnership with multiple teams to prioritize and drive projects that are top-of-mind for the business. This is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with product, engineering, go-to-market, and sales teams in addition to all supporting functions in Finance and Operations!

This position requires a someone who can jump from high-level strategic problem solving to execution seamlessly. The ideal candidate will also have the business savvy to understand the appropriate considerations needed for thoughtful decision-making, has a strong internal drive, and a track record of leading projects from end-to-end.

What you'll Do
  • Create, prioritize, and test user-stories as a scrum product owner based on business needs, project dependencies, and overall strategy.
  • Develop user-stories and prioritize activities based on customer impact, business needs, project dependencies, and overall strategy.
  • Define acceptance criteria for testing and work closely with engineering, QE, and users on creating and implementing test plans.
  • Facilitate the creation and maintenance of system and process documentation.
  • Build partnerships with key stakeholders to lead them through impact analysis, user acceptance testing, and adoption of changes required to deliver business value
  • Serve as a business process and systems subject matter expert for internal and customer facing issues
What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required
  • 7+ years of experience in an operational role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to research and identify issues, root cause, and proposed resolution
  • Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization
  • Shown confidence and flexibility in dynamic environments with ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Approach work with positive energy, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Working knowledge of standard software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat, Outlook)
  • Scrum and business change management certification a plus
  • Nice to have skills include experience with Jira, SAP, Atlassian Confluence, Tableau, Salesforce.com, and automation processes

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $92,800 -- $179,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
