The Global Data & Analytics Associate Director will be responsible for designing and executing the global systems data strategy, data visualization, and reporting. This role directly supports VPs of Global and Regional Systems Functions as well as supporting the North America C-Suite. We do prefer to have this individual based at our Glendale, WI, location, but can be open for remote work for the right candidate!

How you will do it

  • Oversee systems visual reporting tools and team that emphasize effective design and usability with optimized delivery and performance.

  • Manage a team of BI analysts that create reporting to drive systems revenue growth and productivity improvements across the business.

  • Proficiency in understanding and presenting data to leadership that effectively communicates key insights and takeaways leading to actions that drive desired business outcomes.

  • Point person for senior leaders on performance measures, diagnostics and insights and be a key member on our strategic deployment initiatives.

  • Ensures that the delivered insights meet the business needs of the region.

  • Stay involved in all aspects of the program lifecycle from requirement gathering, ideation, data wrangling, hypothesis generation, programming, testing, and implementation of new processes and tools.

  • Partners with and provide recommendations to business leadership on the appropriate application of analytics to business strategies and effectively communicate analysis and implications to senior leadership.

What we look for

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or related degree. MBA desirable

  • 10 years of experience in quantitative related fields (finance, data science, statistics, analytics, reporting)

  • 3+ years leadership position in Ops Management, Service/Install Ops, Data & Analytics, Finance, or related work experience

  • Outstanding documentation and organizational skills

  • Detail oriented

  • Excellent critical-thinking skills with the ability to research and analyze data retrieved from multiple sources

  • Possess and demonstrate excellent leadership, managerial, and communication skills

  • Be an adaptable self-starter and work with minimal direction. Must be able to prioritize multiple projects and coordinate time effectively
