Job Description

Your Impact:

The Senior Manager of Machine Learning and AI at Publicis Sapient is a hands-on leadership role responsible for leading and contributing to the design and implementation of AI/Gen AI applications.

  • This position involves identifying AI/Gen AI opportunities in domain of SDLC activities defining hypotheses, mentoring teams, and guiding the implementation and validation of data science models.
  • The role is pivotal in leveraging AI and machine learning to transform, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of transformation of workforce for AI Enabled delivery of outcomes.
  • Define hypotheses and potential models for AI applications.
  • Mentor and guide the data science team towards implementation and validation of models.
  • Take models to production at scale, ensuring they meet business objectives
  • Define evaluation metrics and success criteria for AI solutions.
Qualifications

Your Experience:

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong background in traditional AI/ML
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions
  • Proven experience in taking models to production at scale.
  • Hands on evaluation experience with understanding of data exploration, model comparison, model evaluation, insights/interference, and data Interpretation / insight analysis
  • Fine tuning experience of Large models (LLMs, VLLMs, or Vision model)
  • Distributed training or inference experience Keyword: Distributed, ray, vllm, openllm, bentoML etc.
  • Deployment experience or hosting experience of Large models (LLMs, VLLMs, or Vision model)
  • Optimized hosting of models example keywords vllms, tgi etc
  • Vector db experience example weaviate, milvus, HNSE, FAISS
  • Agentic Framework like keywords Metagpt, Agent, Crew AI
  • Experience with prompt engineering
  • Keeping up with latest market trends
  • Open source models
  • Experience in services provided by at least one of the cloud providers
