As the Marketing Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the coordination and execution of key marketing programs across the team. This role prioritizes the establishment and advancement of our virtual event accreditation program, as well as supports cross-functional efforts, including vendor onboarding, and demand generation campaign execution. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners that directly supports our success!

What you'll do:

  • Manage the end-to-end webinar accreditation process for continuing education credits (e.g., CLE, HRCI, CCB, NASBA), ensuring proper approvals, messaging, and attendee certification distribution

  • Analyze event data to strategically grow the accreditation program and expand opportunities

  • Oversee vendor procurement, onboarding, and purchase requests, ensuring efficient processing through procurement and legal teams

  • Assist with demand generation campaign coordination, including working cross-functionally to identify new areas of innovation, coordinate shared initiatives, and help with the project management of integrated channel campaigns

What you'll need:

  • 1+ years' experience in project coordination or marketing program execution

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Knowledge of accreditation processes for educational programs (CLE, HRCI, CCB, NASBA) is a plus

  • Interest in establishing and growing a robust event accreditation program, while learning and adapting to demand generation principles and strategies

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to view programs strategically and execute on larger vision

  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • A data-driven mindset with an ability to analyze performance and offer actionable insights

  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of decision-making, marketing strategy and project management

  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

  • The starting pay for this role is $28.00/hr

  • Pay progression based on your performance.
