Social Work Field Site Recruitment

The Department of Social Work at UNC Pembroke is seeking a mission-driven and relationship-oriented Adjunct Faculty - Field Placement Site Recruiter to support the growth of our BSW/ MSW field education program in the Mecklenburg/Union County, Brunswick/New Hanover/Onslow, and/or Buncombe/Burke County regions. This part-time position focuses on identifying and cultivating new field placement sites aligned with CSWE accreditation standards and our program's educational goals. Key Responsibilities include:

Previous experience as a field instructor, field liaison, or involvement with social work field education.
Familiarity with CSWE field education competencies and requirements.
Experience working in higher education or with academic-community partnerships.
