Your Role

Are you a driven engineer with a passion for optimizing facility operations? Join our team as a Facilities Engineer and play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our operations. We believe that passionate people create exceptional things, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.

As part of the Facilities team, you will report to the Facilities Manager. This is an on-site position located in Voorheesville, NY.

As a Facilities Engineer:



  • You will lead and manage maintenance projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for successful project execution.
  • You will develop and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • You will establish a predictive maintenance strategy to minimize downtime and optimize asset lifespan.
  • You will use advanced data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • You will develop and maintain key performance indicators for maintenance processes and provide insights to improve system reliability and efficiency.
  • You will perform cost analysis on facility operations, identify cost-saving opportunities and recommending process optimizations.
  • You will assist in preparing and managing the budget on maintenance projects, ensuring expenditures remain within the budget.
  • You will evaluate vendor contracts and service level agreements to assess potential for cost savings.
  • You will prepare and present reports, dashboards, and data driven insights to management on the status of projects, cost analyses, and maintenance performance.
  • You will provide recommendations on process improvements, resource allocation, and long-term facility planning.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance maintenance efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve asset reliability.





To succeed, you will need

  • An engineering degree with at least 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to present actionable insights to senior management.
