Industrial Engineering Capacity Planning Analyst

Key Accountabilities

• Determines appropriate workload for machining assets and assigns appropriate amount of work to those assets.
• Works with shop floor management to understand shop metrics, investigates anomalies within key metrics.
• Reports capacity constraints, and evaluates potential mitigation actions for those constraints
• Works within Excel and SAP to present data in a meaningful way
• Performs day to day level loading and shop floor scheduling

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 2-4 years experience
• Working knowledge of SAP preferred
• Strong Excel experience required
