************* Remote candidates located in the Eastern and Central time zones will be considered **************** The Director, International Tax is responsible for: (1) leading and developing a high-performing, multi-region international tax team, (2) identifying, developing and managing international tax strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, (3) fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, (4) supporting the annual U.S. international tax reporting and compliance processes, as well as the international aspects of the quarterly and annual ASC 740 financial reporting processes, (5) managing both U.S. and local country controversy related activities, and (6) support the international aspects of enterprise acquisitions or divestitures. This position reports to the Vice President, Corporate Tax. The development of effective working relationships with key finance and business personnel on a global scale is required. * Identify, develop and implement international tax strategies designed to achieve the Company's financial objectives, including: thoughtful management of the Company's global income tax position, effective management and utilization of key Company tax attributes, and optimization of the Company's legal entity structure in light of tax legislation in the U.S. and abroad. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree required. CPA and Masters of Taxation, or JD and LLM in Taxation are preferred. Experience: 12+ years of experience in a large corporate tax environment, which may be in industry, Big 4 or similar. Must include international tax involvement and demonstrated leadership positions.
