THE JOB:

As an Environmental Services Utility Porter at The Cosmopolitan, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE:$25.6616 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service that aligns with S.H.O.W. Service Basics, consistently exceeding guest expectations.

• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and attention to detail across the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms, and other designated spaces.

• Operate a variety of professional floor care and specialized cleaning equipment to maintain pristine conditions.

• Safely contain and properly clean biohazardous materials in compliance with health and safety protocols.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Works varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

• Has valid Nevada Driver's License.

• Has experience with professional cleaning equipment.

• Has knowledge of various floor surfaces and the processes.

• Has experience in a similar five-star/five-diamond resort environment.
