CONMED is seeking aClinical Representativeto add to our highly talented Advanced Surgical clinical support team. This is a field-based position where you can live anywhere in the Eastern United States near a major airport. In this is a unique job you will use your nursingeducationto support oursalesteam and our customers in their facilities. This is remote position. Candidates must be located in the Eastern Time Zone. Key duties and responsibilities Support product evaluations and implementations in the operating room Conduct accredited continuingeducationprograms for nursing staff Deliver in-service training for ConMed's Advanced Surgical products Assist witheducatingand training new Clinical Representatives andSalesRepresentatives Provide technical andtroubleshootingsupport as requested from customers andsalesrepresentatives Develop and maintain comprehensive product andtechnical knowledgeof CONMED Advanced Surgical products including features, functions and benefits Develop and maintain a competent and current level of knowledge in relevant disease states Develop and maintain understanding of the competitive landscape Develop and maintain comprehensive product andtechnical knowledgeof competitive products including features, functions and benefits After thorough training, you will be a clinical expert, answering customer andsalesrepresentative questions about CONMED'sAdvanced Surgicalproducts and their proper use.We also expect our Clinical Representatives to advocate with clinicians to find opportunities to expand the use of CONMED's Advanced Surgical products.Collaborationwith thesalesrepresentatives and their regionalsalesdirectors is essential for success. Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor's degree is required, highest preference given to a B.S. Nursing, followed by other health care related degrees Operating Room or similar clinical experience is required. Able to comply with Vendor Credentialing requirements including immunizations and vaccinations Must be willing and able to travel 50-70% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally. Candidates must reside in the EST time zone. Preferred Qualifications: AORN membership preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment High level of energy,self-motivatedand self-directed Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is 75,000 to 143,000. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience,educationand skill level.
