Role: Salesforce Technical Architect/Lead

Job Level: Manager

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Roles and responsibilities:

o 12+ years of IT Experience, 8+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, 6+ years of experience in leading the technical teams with Salesforce Industries exp

o Application OR System Architect Designer Certifications.

o Hands on experience of Sales and Service clouds. Knowledge of Financial Service Cloud would be a plus.

o Hands on experience of Salesforce administration, LWC Components, Lightning, Integrations, Apex, Flows and other Salesforce technologies.

o Ability to work closely with clients, business stakeholders, BAs and Salesforce administrator to design and develop the business requirements

o Design, develop, and deploy solutions on Salesforce Health Cloud platform.

o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

o Build custom applications, integrations, and data pipelines using Salesforce tools and technologies.

o Develop and optimize data models to support business processes and reporting needs.

o Implement data governance and security best practices to ensure data integrity and compliance.

o Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of Salesforce Cloud solutions.

o Stay current with Salesforce Health Cloud updates, best practices, and industry trends.

o Participating in the business requirement sessions and supporting product owners/Bas/functional consultants with technical recommendations.

o Ability to writing technical user stories and epics using tools like Jira, Confluence, Wiki.

o Outlining the E2E technical architecture High level and Low-level design documents.

o Leading the technical refinement sessions with design review board.

o Development and presentation of the Proof of concepts, Prototypes and Mockups to business/technical stakeholders.

o Proposing the new salesforce features and innovations based on each salesforce release.

o Ability to work independently to write and unit test LWC, Apex, Integrations, Flow and other customizations.

o Knowledge of CICD tools (GitHub, Gearset, code repository), should be able to promote code independently to high environments for team.

o Ability to guide technical team with technical advice, code review comments, industry best practices.

o Ability to debug and provide on-going technical support for existing application build using custom apex code on the Force.com platform.

o Ability to collaborating with other IT/Developers to integrate across the business.

o Knowledge of Agile Methodology.

The annual salary for this position is between $129,500 - $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
