Program Manager - Warehouse and Logistics Golden, CO Pay From : $100,000K MUST : Eligible for Public Trust 10+ years of experience working in supply chain logistics management or warehouse distribution 10+ years of experience supporting a large warehouse or government warehouse Proven success of managing large warehouse logistics programs knowledge and skills required to plan, control, and manage and successfully complete work Familiarity with OSHA requirements and other health/safety requirements for warehouse operations Familiarity with ordering systems, logistical equipment (auto-baggers, pallet jacks, forklifts) Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and highly analytical Strong interpersonal skills Proven ability to track and reach deadlines DUTIES : Help oversee and manage the Federal Program to include the handling of planning, initiating managing and closing out of programs in support of an integrated supply chain distribution systems Assist the Federal client in execution of targeted program goals (100% staffing levels, 95% inventory management accuracy) Oversee the HR actions around non-key personnel to including : resume review, interview, hiring, managing and firing Manage and supervise staff to receive, stock, inventory packings, and shipping of ordered commodities Manage and supervise daily warehouse taskings Monitor order to forecast and anticipate surge support Develop and maintain monthly/weekly personnel work schedules Ensure accurate timekeeping for all staff Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
