JOB DESCRIPTION:

** Beginner to Intermediate Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign and Photoshop) is required**

Assistant Marketing Coordinator - This position requires strategic thinking, flexibility, creativity, excellent writing and editing skills, a well-developed graphic eye, planned and proactive approaches, and the ability to shift priorities frequently while maintaining attention to detail and achieving high quality standards. The Proposal Coordinator must be able to prioritize, multi-task, and function effectively as part of a team under multiple deadlines and time constraints, schedule workload and manage time efficiently while demonstrating an enthusiastic "can do" attitude.

Construction/Architecture/Engineering Industry experience is a plus, but not required. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team member who is a quick learner, able to keep up in a fast-paced environment and asks questions to develop a deep understanding of the industry and organization.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:




  • Create, edit, and produce well-written and graphically sophisticated content for marketing items including proposals, presentations, brochures and conference promotional materials
  • Coordinate proposal development between proposal team including technical and commercial aspects of proposal content
  • Implement proposal development procedures and document control standards
  • Write, edit, proofread, standardize, format, and design proposal content using Microsoft Office and Adobe software
  • Ensure proposal teams are responsive to RFP requirements and pursing deadlines
  • Responsibilities include designing, writing, editing, and updating resumes, project descriptions, brochures, and web content.
  • Communicate the status of proposals with reports and detailed status tracking
  • Lead internal proposal review meetings
  • Support in preparation of PowerPoint slides and leave-behind materials for presentations and interviews
  • Assist in maintaining the CRM database including maintenance of opportunities, projects, clients, and contacts



The ideal candidate should be highly organized with strong multitasking and time management skills to meet multiple project deadlines in a fast-paced environment. He/she will possess strong interpersonal skills, an enthusiastic and positive attitude, and excellent work ethic with a flexibility to work with a variety of team members, including firm Principals, to meet project demands.

The successful candidate will possess the following:



  • Degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field is desired
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office is required
