Seeking a Customer Account Supervisor for our Cypress, CA Center offices. As the Customer Accounts Supervisor, you provide supervision and leadership to a team of Customer Accounts associates who perform collection activities and manage the company's portfolio risk. You play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department, creating an environment where the team can achieve its financial and operational targets

Key Accountabilities

Key Accountabilities Includes but not limited to

* Advance the strengths of the Customer Accounts team by driving associate development and engagement

* Enhance the quality and effectiveness of collection activities

* Manage the resources for the team to ensure optimal coverage and productivity levels

* Answer questions and resolve problems for American Honda Finance customers and dealers.

* Leadership, communication, customer service and decision-making skills are key to your success in this position.

* Ensure continued legal and operational compliance

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

We are looking for qualified people with diverse backgrounds and experiences, open minds, and a disciplined work ethic. To bring the future to Honda as a Supervisor of Customer Accounts, you must have the following qualifications.

* BA/BS degree required

* 3-5 years in consumer lending, customer accounts and strong leadership skills required

* Credit experience is preferred

* 1-2year supervisory experience preferred

* Customer Service oriented

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other customer serving systems

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus

* Must be able to organize and motivate employees to achieve common goals.

Workstyle: Hybrid (3 days in the Cypress office required)

Salary Pay Grade Range: $72,200-$108,300

Pay will be based on several variables that include, but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, etc.
