Madhive is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that elevate our brand, drive engagement, and support business growth. This role will oversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, content strategy, and brand positioning to further differentiate Madhive in the market.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market positioning.

  • Oversee content creation for owned and earned marketing channels, including website, social media, and third-party platforms (e.g., Built-in, Glassdoor, etc.).

  • Manage digital content (video, photography, graphics, etc.) for web and social media distribution to drive engagement and audience growth.

  • Partner with the Communications firm to develop an owned events program, including topic development, format planning, and execution.

  • Lead the assessment and optimization of marketing tools, identifying opportunities to integrate new platforms for improved efficiency and impact.

  • Maintain and oversee a marketing calendar, ensuring timely planning and execution of industry events, seasonal campaigns, and owned initiatives.

  • Develop and distribute internal and external communications, including newsletters, announcements, and campaign reports.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to cross-promote programs, events, and content across multiple channels.

  • Track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns and web traffic to inform strategy and optimize results.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, content strategy, or brand management.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience crafting compelling marketing content.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving brand growth.

  • Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally across teams and external partners.

  • Data-driven, with experience analyzing campaign performance and translating insights into actionable strategies.

The approximate compensation range for this position is $80,000-$95,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
