Purpose:

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with hands-on experience designing and/or implementing Eightfold Technology. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Eightfold's AI-powered talent intelligence platform and its applications in the enterprise environment. As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in translating business needs into technical solutions that drive the success of recruiting, talent management, and organizational growth initiatives. Your ability to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to leverage Eightfold's capabilities will be key to streamlining operations and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with HR, talent acquisition, and leadership teams to understand business needs and challenges related to recruitment and workforce optimization.
  • Use knowledge of Eightfold's platform to inform, analyze and optimize talent strategies, including recruitment, performance management, internal mobility, and skills development.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define business processes, ensuring alignment with Eightfold's capabilities and functionality and global data and process governance.
  • Support the design configuration of Eightfold's platform to support business processes.
  • Support the development of clear documentation, including process workflows, technical specifications, and user stories for business solutions using Eightfold technology.
  • Provide training and support to HR and recruiting teams on how to leverage Eightfold's platform for optimal performance.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that Eightfold's platform and solutions meet business requirements and expectations, and support implementation delivery.
  • Help define and create in-tool metrics related to talent acquisition and workforce performance using Eightfold's platform.
  • Conduct data analysis to uncover insights and trends that inform process and system design and configuration, in a complex global environment.

What you will bring

Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on experience using Eightfold Technologies (or similar AI-driven talent platforms).
  • Strong understanding of talent management processes, including recruitment and workforce planning.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, including experience with Eightfold's platform to generate insights and drive decision-making.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions, particularly using AI-powered platforms like Eightfold.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and other talent management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.



Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

Required:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.


Preferred:



  • Experience with Taleo.
  • Certification or formal training in Eightfold Technologies.
