The Alliance Manager will support the global leader on the Microsoft Partnership with a focus on executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy. Snowflake is one of a limited number of Microsoft Global ISV partners, and this partnership results in hundreds of cosell deals annually worth hundreds of millions of dollars. This is an ideal position for someone with prior experience in working with cloud providers, preferably Microsoft, who wants to scale the impact they are having on our business. Responsibilities for this role will include:
Relationship Management/tracking - Work with the global partnership leader in advising and tracking senior level alignment/engagements, including "next steps" derived from key meetings and interactions. Alliances Operations - establish and maintain operational rigor in support of the co-sell motion. Areas of responsibilities will include:
Oversight of internal Microsoft partnership program which includes regular meetings with key GTM workstream owners and the maintenance of status reports. Ensure enablement assets are up to date and reviewed on a regular basis, identify asset gaps and take steps to address these gaps with new collateral. Execution of monthly co-sell reporting to Microsoft. Support a global team of cloud partner sales managers. Acti as the key point of contact for co-sell related issues as they relate to sales plays, Microsoft Partner Center,and other topics, including user oversight, tracking of incentives and co-sell exceptions.
Partnership Communications - Support the global partnership leader inin executing a comprehensive strategic communication plan that may include regular newsletters for the Microsoft sellers, internal partner business review, award submissions and the amplification of external communications relating to the partnership. Industry Coordination - Serve as liaison to the industry GTM teams to align on and execute a GTM with Microsoft that includes enablement materials. Work with a broad variety of stakeholders, including partner solution engineering, partner operations, partner marketing and sales strategy
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years professional experience with 2 years focused on cloud provider ISV alliance management or equivalent experience. Experience working with Microsoft in an alliance capacity and demonstrated understanding of Azure Marketplace, Partner Center and Microsoft's funding programs. Experience working with field sales and general understanding of how partnering works at the account level. Experience fostering and driving relationships within the relevant business lines of your alliance. Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies, including marketing, consulting resources, technical teams, and sales representatives. Experience working in a matrixed organization to deliver results. Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools Ability to travel up to 10%, on average. Education: Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred

- The estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $210,000.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
