Supermicro's Rack Scale Solutions team is at the forefront of innovation, driving the development of cutting-edge AI and HPC solutions that power the next generation of data centers. As the voice, business direction, and technical resource behind Supermicro 3.0, this team plays a critical role in shaping the future of the data center. We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Trainer to support corporate training, leading the strategic direction and execution of training initiatives within the Rack Scale Solutions team. In this dynamic role, you will create instructional design and content to develop scalable, effective, and impactful training programs for the Supermicro Rack Scale Solutions team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional business partners to identify skill gaps, design adult learning solutions to deliver, and provide self-guided/virtual training content that empowers our workforce and supports our business goals. $87,000 - $149,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
