Join a growing product management team and help conceptualize, prioritize, and develop enhancements to our flagship product, SimCapture. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your product expertise to solve a wide range of problems and help our customers save lives around the world.

You'll be a part of a team of intelligent, friendly, and fun people who love to create things. We'll be counting on you to be a motivating and structured influence. Stakeholders will be looking to you for everything they need to know about the products you're building - where they are now, what the next steps are, and where they need to be.

How you'll contribute:

  • Gather and organize product data, analytics, and feedback
  • Capture and document requirements for product improvements for use in estimation and prioritization
  • Work closely with design and development teams on development of features, including backlog management short-term prioritization, and acceptance criteria

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or otherwise related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing products from ideation to launch
  • A passion for understanding the needs of the customer and the ability to advocate for the best way to solve their problem to internal and external stakeholders
  • An understanding of the art of balancing adding product functionality with usability, and the importance of an iterative process
  • Experience with Agile development and how to practically adapt it based on team size and needs
  • A healthy combination of flexibility and structure to be able to both evolve while keeping your eye on the larger goal
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
