Repack and Sampling
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training. Language Ability: Strong communication skills required to effectively interact with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments. Must be able to clearly communicate technical information, both verbally and in writing. Ability to read, interpret, and apply information from safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical manuals, and regulatory documents (e.g., OSHA, EPA, FDA, DEA). Capable of preparing accurate documentation and production reports. Comfortable presenting information or updates and responding to inquiries in a clear and professional manner with coworkers at all levels. Math Ability: Solid math skills required to perform accurate measurements, calculate volumes, flow rates, concentrations, and material balances. Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry in process calculations and equipment setup. Must be comfortable working with units of measure, percentages, proportions, and performing conversions as needed for batch processing and documentation. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, inventory/database software and the internet. Necessary skills include; contact management systems, database software, design software, spreadsheet and word processing software Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
