Overview Now Hiring: 2026 New Graduate Nurses - RN Residency Program UnityPoint Health is seeking 2026 new graduate nurses with anticipated graduation dates in May, August, or December 2026 to join our RN Residency Program. This 12-month structured program is designed to support your transition into professional nursing practice while building strong clinical, critical thinking, and leadership skills. The RN Residency Program provides new graduate nurses with the training, education, and support needed to successfully transition into a clinical role. Residents will participate in structured learning experiences, hands-on training, and ongoing professional development while working alongside experienced healthcare teams. Program Highlights
